XA JOHNNY BRAVO – “JOHNNY”
Johnny is our Handsome blue eyed, big black tri boy coming from the prestigious program at Maubach Australian Shepherds (Bill and Cindy Maubach) in Missouri. I waited and I looked a long time for the perfect male for me to start my small program back up with and as importantly to be a cherished part of the family. Johnny was truly “meant to be” here. We call him the Ambassador because he is everything I believe a great Aussie should be – beautiful, smart, loving, playful, devoted, noble one minute and a clown the next! Johnny is the ultimate Toy Boy! He is always ready to chase a ball or catch a frisbee! He’s my traveling buddy just about everywhere I go, including work some days to make sure the office runs smoothly :) His favorite treats are Sunday morning scrambled eggs and a weekly pup cup (okay I admit sometimes multiple pup cups in a week) In just his first 3 litters, he has proven himself to be an exceptional young sire. His puppies are beautiful - big, square and uniform with confident and fun personalities that have lent themselves to becoming the center of their forever human’s families and can we talk about those blue eyes on everyone! |
MGAS BLUE IRIS – “IRIS”
Iris is our beautiful blue merle girl coming from Maple Grove Australian Shepherds (Mark and Valerie Laird) in Maryland. We have been blessed to have this bloodline in our family for over 20 years with special bitches purchased from and sold back to MGAS to keep this meaningful bloodline going forward. Iris, like her great grandma that I owned (Lilly) is as square and as sound in body and mind as you could hope for in any dog, any breed. She is ALWAYS smiling and up for anything with her human and dog family members! Iris has an obsession with Water – any water will do! She loves when I take her to the lake but also enjoys her daily play in her baby pool and if that isn’t filled for some reason, will sneak a jump into one of the horse’s water tanks! She really should be classified as a Water Dog and not a Herding Dog! She also enjoys car rides anywhere and every treat is her “favorite”. |
XA I LOVE LASAGNA - "LASAGNA"
Who doesn’t love Lasagna!?!!! Lasagna is our stunning blue eyed, blue merle girl. I wanted to add another high quality merle girl to our program and family and after the great experience we’ve had with Johnny, I was excited to acquire her also from Maubach Australian Shepherds (Bill and Cindy Maubach) in Missouri. What can you say about a girl named Lasagna? She is obviously absolutely beautiful, has “IT” factor for days, she’s a diva, in love with her family (human, k9, equine and feline) and her own refection (she has good taste). She’s a complete princess and still a rough and tumble tomboy all in one. Fun Fact – Lasagna yodels – make no mistake this is different than barking – when she gives me a head tilt and starts the fast wiggling a Yodel is coming! Lasagna also spends a lot of time in the car with me and is a great travel companion. Lasagna’s favorite treats are pup cups and carrots and really anything else the horses get, she needs to get too and Lasagna does get what she wants |
OAKLEY RED MEADOW OF TREES - "OAKLEY"
Would life really be complete without a redhead in the aussie mixing bowl? Oakley was one of those that you don’t event know you’re looking for and then she is in front of you and it just was right! She’s a big and uniquely pretty blue eyed girl who came here as a young adult and quickly became part of the pack! No toy is safe from Oakley – poor Johnny has toys since he was a puppy that he lovingly still plays with or did until the wrecking ball that is redheaded Oakley discovered the toy tote! She is exuberant, devoted, always happy enough to contort her body in two to wiggle at me and she is a willing partner in crime to Lasagna! Oakley has become a really good travel companion. I haven’t found a treat yet that she doesn’t like but same as the rest of them, the excitement of going for a pup cup is a favorite for her and if I add in taking her through the car wash with me – her day is complete |
